Your space

A clear space will help you focus. Try to have at least 1 metre x 1 metre of clear desk space before you begin work.

Make sure your work area is well lit

Do you have any heating or cooling? Set the temperature to an ideal 22 degrees.

Music is OK, as long as it does not distract you or others

Take a break

Stand up and stretch regularly! Feeling bored? Ask if anyone would like to go for a 15 min walk with you.
